I’ve been waiting for this moment for SO long!!! It was about a year ago that I had started designing my first Sample Wedding Album, but having only photographed two weddings I just didn’t feel like it was the right time. And with my rates being quite low it just wasn’t the right move. So I waited. And waited. But this was the year. One of my top priorities on my To-Do list for my business before my baby comes was to get a sample Wedding Album so I can start including them in my packages.
When I was at WPPI last year, I specifically checked out EVERY album company to physically hold and touch and see their books with my own two eyes so I could make an informed decision on which one best suited me and my style and my business. I left not really feeling like I’d found “the one”. A couple weekends ago while at Vasia’s workshop I looked through her albums and fell in love. I adore the quality of paper and the more matted look to the images, and the way it lies totally flat, and the photo cover option. I knew that was the company I wanted to order my albums from. So I went about designing my layouts using Photojunction (SO easy once I got familiar with the program) and then ordered the album from VisionArt and done. I had just designed and ordered my first sample album.
Today it arrived!!! I even changed my plans for the day to make sure I got home to see it and I’m so glad I did!!! Honestly, this is one of the best quality albums I’ve ever seen. The colours and crispness of the images is unreal. The fold in the middle does NOT take away anything from the image. It’s literally seamless. I’m floored, guys. Floored!!! I’m so excited to offer these albums to my weddings clients, both past and future! These can be used for weddings, engagements, parents albums (from weddings), and portrait sessions. It even comes in its own little box!
That being said, to all my past brides and grooms, if you’re interested in ordering a wedding album and want to see my sample album we can set up a meeting for you to browse it!
And here she is… I feel like it’s a she and she’s my baby… I’m proud of her! Meet, my Sample Album…

Isn’t she pretty??!!![]()
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the rest of your evenings and weekend!
PS: Thank you to everyone who took time to comment on my blog post yesterday. It was encouraging and good to know that I’m not just writing to nobody! I will continue blogging and to do it the way I’ve been doing it!
