Ten days ago I shot Jen and Josh’s engagement session in the Olympic Village. This was a memorable session, and a memorable day! I spent the whole morning and afternoon at a friend, Robyn‘s, house “working”. haha. I did get quite a bit done, but we did spend a good chunk of time catching up, talking photography and business and life and all that good stuff. After supper I walked downstairs to meet Jen and Josh. We started walking through the streets and alleys around the Village and took some shots around the buildings there. Not long after that there was a woman who made her son call the cops on us. Apparently the sidewalk isn’t fair game for taking pictures on? That was new to me! haha. But Jen and Josh didn’t let their threats damper their spirits! We kept on taking pictures and eventually our little entourage walked away, and no cops did ever show up. We walked along the water and found some amazing spots for pictures! So many favourites in such a short distance! Love it! Jen and Josh are getting married in October and I can’t wait! What a fun couple! I had a blast with them at their session!
